This role is a learning role, where new associates work with their team and proactively build skills for the next level up as a Mobile Expert. As a Mobile Associate, you will be required to successfully complete new employee training. Responsibilities

Builds proficiency related to serving and selling to customers while providing a world-class customer experience and building loyalty by helping customers continue their shopping journey (online, via Customer Care, or in-store). Demonstrates latest technology in-store and uses side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions beyond devices and plans, including accessories and IoT devices. Approach service and sales with composure, integrity, and compassion. Becomes skilled with and consistently uses digital tools in interactions and onboarding to demonstrate: how coverage stacks up in the customer’s neighborhood, why T-Mobile plans help customers stay connected and go further. Completes in-store training on the T-Mobile experience, new skills and processes, knowledge of systems and resources. Maximizes time on shift by learning about wireless innovations between customers. Establishes relationships with T-Mobile employees across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues, create a seamless environment, identify and handoff small business leads, and support team initiatives. Education and Work Experience

High School Diploma/GED (Required) 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience; Retail environment preferred. (Required) Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Passionate customer advocate with the desire to connect and have fun doing it (Required) Competitive drive and ability to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment (Required) Willingness to work with peers and store leaders, learn and share ideas, while serving customers and resolving issues Effective at balancing customer needs and performance goals (Required) Licenses and Certifications

Hourly Base Pay: $19.00, plus $5.00 per hour training pay. Within the first 90 days, on-the-job training is provided and training pay is eligible. After promotion to Mobile Expert, an annual incentive target of $18,000/year is possible, with actual incentives varying by performance and full-time status. All employees are guaranteed to earn $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives, and every employee is eligible for an annual stock grant. Benefits
