Manage P&P/SUE work from beginning to end

Major responsibilities include coordination and input on proposals, maintaining schedules, ensuring quality of work, directing project efforts and maintaining client relationships.

Estimate costs and ensure the project is on budget

Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback

Monitor project schedules and report on project progress to ensure timely completions of work

Implement safety and quality guidelines

Resolve on-site issues and emergencies

Leading and managing the on-site team.

Maintaining records for site personnel such as daily field reports, field and change orders.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

High school diploma required. Degree in Engineering, Construction Management preferred.

Knowledge of local quality, health, and safety guidelines for construction job sites

In-depth understanding of Plan and Profile operations and processes

Proficient with taking and uploading digital photographs.

Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications, and other documents

Experience working both independently, and in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
