
NACC Construction continues growing and is looking for a Superintendent to join their team!
The Superintendent of our SUE department is a results-driven individual that oversees our Plan and Profile / SUE Group. They will lead and manage the on-site team and oversee day-to-day work. They will also be responsible for orderliness on-site and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Ensuring quality standards are met, and all equipment and materials are available as required. Will liaise with municipalities regarding approvals. Driven to succeed in completing projects on time and within budget, and never compromising on safety or quality.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage P&P/SUE work from beginning to end.
Major responsibilities include coordination and input on proposals, maintaining schedules, ensuring quality of work, directing project efforts and maintaining client relationships.
Plan construction processes.
Estimate costs and ensure the project is on budget.
Supervise staff and provide constructive feedback.
Monitor project schedules and report on project progress to ensure timely completion of work.
Implement safety and quality guidelines.
Resolve on-site issues and emergencies.
Leading and managing the on-site team.
Maintaining records for site personnel such as daily field reports, field and change orders.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
High school diploma required. Degree in Engineering, Construction Management preferred.
Knowledge of local quality, health, and safety guidelines for construction job sites.
In-depth understanding of Plan and Profile operations and processes.
Proficient with taking and uploading digital photographs.
Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications, and other documents.
Experience working both independently, and in a team-oriented collaborative environment.
