Primary function : The Outside Sales Representative (OSR) is to generate profitable sales from the rental of the Pump & Power division's fleet of equipment. This position targets the Civil market segment, focusing on customers who routinely rent Pumps for short-term or long-term projects to move fluids. Responsibilities
Generate profitable sales from the Pump & Power division’s equipment rentals Target Civil market customers who routinely rent pumps for short-term or long-term projects Develop and manage customer relationships, presentations, and business reviews Qualifications
B2B direct sales AND/OR project management experience within the equipment industry required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Pump equipment background highly desirable Strong project management, new business development, and customer retention skills Ability to effectively give presentations and business reviews to management Physical Demands
The physical demands of this role include bending, squatting, crouching, reaching, lifting 25 pounds or more, and working indoors/outdoors as required by the job. $40,000.00 - 62,965.00 Total compensation package includes base pay, company vehicle, and a robust commission plan. Starting rate of pay may vary based on factors including position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
