About the Role This is an

Account Representative

opportunity focused on growing a residential and small commercial customer base. The role is primarily

office-based , with opportunities to engage customers by phone, email, and occasionally in person. You’ll be stepping into a well-established territory as part of a planned transition from a long-tenured salesperson. You’ll work closely with internal teams (service, delivery, credit, and administration) to onboard new customers and ensure a smooth first experience.

What You’ll Be Doing

Enroll new residential and small commercial customers

Manage inbound leads from homeowners, real estate activity, and marketing efforts

Coordinate customer onboarding and first service delivery

Communicate with customers via phone and email throughout the sales process

Complete required customer documentation accurately and efficiently

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a positive customer experience

Help re-establish and grow relationships with local referral partners

What They’re Looking For

1–3 years of sales or customer-facing experience (open to junior candidates)

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable with administrative work

Self-motivated with a “go-getter” mentality

Able to work independently while being a strong team player

Comfortable working fully in-office

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Sales personality, motivation, and work ethic are

more important than industry experience . Training and support are provided.

Compensation & Benefits

$39k base salary

Uncapped commission (typical total earnings ~ $50K–$55K in year one)

Mileage reimbursement for business travel
