About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Product Management and Investor Relations in the Real Estate sector. The successful candidate will be instrumental in executing the marketing and sales strategy to expand the real estate debt platform. This role involves a dual focus on product development and management, as well as the cultivation and maintenance of investor relationships. The Vice President will be responsible for raising the profile of the real estate group, creating and implementing effective marketing and branding strategies, and collaborating with the team to develop fundraising and due diligence materials. A key aspect of the position is the ability to identify and pursue market opportunities, as well as to work across functions to prepare and communicate investor materials.

Applicants for the Vice President position should have an advanced degree or equivalent experience, with a preference for a background in investment banking, placement, asset management, or alternative investments. A minimum of 7 years' of related experience is required, along with a strong knowledge of real estate, product management, and investor interactions. The role demands a seasoned professional with a deep network of contacts in the real estate private equity or institutional investment community, and a proven track record in capital raising and brand-building. The candidate must be a strategic thinker, with the ability to travel as needed, and possess the necessary Series 7 and 63 licenses or the ability to obtain them within 90 days of employment. Strong communication, presentation skills, and a consultative sales approach are essential.
