About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President to join its Real Estate Advisory team. The successful candidate will be a key player in delivering comprehensive real estate advisory services to institutional investor clients, with a focus on analysis of real estate managers and funds. This role involves investment sourcing, evaluation, and due diligence, as well as client relationship management. The Vice President will be expected to have a client-first mindset, a strong understanding of real estate investments, and a career progression oriented toward becoming a trusted advisor in investment matters. Key responsibilities include sourcing and tracking real estate fund offerings, performing detailed due diligence, and presenting fund recommendations to various committees. The role also requires active participation in client deliverables, monitoring market trends, and a commitment to high standards of service and communication.

Candidates for the Vice President position should have a BA/BS in a relevant field or equivalent experience, with at least 6 years in real estate private equity consulting, portfolio management, or capital markets. Experience in diligencing and underwriting commingled fund structures or SMAs is essential. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record of success, strong analytical and quantitative skills, and the ability to represent the firm credibly in all communications. Leadership potential, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a willingness to learn and adopt new technologies are also required. A positive, team-oriented attitude, the ability to manage and train junior team members, and a commitment to learning are highly valued. Professional certifications such as CFA, CPA, or CAIA are a plus.
