About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President to lead its Global Asset Servicing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for streamlining manual processes, implementing scalable workflows, and enhancing operational efficiency. This role involves serving as the primary escalation point for asset servicing inquiries and high-risk breaks, overseeing fund administrators, and driving automation and accuracy through project leadership and process improvement initiatives. The Vice President will also be tasked with analyzing daily reconciliations, coordinating asset servicing audit requests, and preparing and presenting KPIs to senior leadership.
Applicants for the Vice President, Global Asset Servicing position at the company should have a Bachelors degree in finance or a related business discipline. Experience in corporate actions, loan servicing, and expertise in the Wall Street Office is essential. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in bank debt and experience working with a global client base, including pensions, insurance companies, and institutional investors. While not mandatory, an MBA, CFA, and/or CPA is preferred. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in process improvement, be adept at problem-solving, and have the ability to maintain rigorous quality control standards. Collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders is a key aspect of the role, so excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also necessary.
