Position Overview As a Senior Personal Banker within PNC's Retail Branch organization, you will be based in Fort Wayne, IN at the DuPont Coldwater branch. Your role will focus on acquiring and deepening the branch customer base through proactive sales and service activities, managing customer experience, and growing PNC solutions to drive revenue and loyalty.

Job Description

Acquires and deepens the branch customer base through a variety of proactive sales and service activities. Manages the customer experience by identifying opportunities to improve the customer's financial wellbeing.

Leads by example in driving proactive sales conversations through outbound calls, service to sales interactions, teller interactions, appointment setting, and effective lobby engagement, ultimately elevating client loyalty.

Leads by example in driving customer loyalty and growing customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience; performs lobby engagement activities to connect with customers and position financial products.

Leads by example in applying product and procedural knowledge to identify, mitigate, and solve customer problems effectively to drive customer loyalty.

Proficiently manages risk through adherence to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment and ensuring branch operations are completed efficiently and accurately.
