We are seeking a hands-on Interior Construction Superintendent to oversee daily operations on commercial interior projects. You will ensure that tenant fit-outs, office renovations, retail spaces, and other interior projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This role focuses on scheduling, quality control, subcontractor coordination, and client satisfaction, giving you the opportunity to shape project outcomes and mentor field teams. Key Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain daily logs, safety reports, and inspection documentation specific to interior construction activities. Verify measurements and quality of interior finishes such as walls, ceilings, flooring, millwork, and specialty installations, identifying and correcting discrepancies. Schedule and coordinate interior trades (drywall, flooring, painting, MEP fit-outs, etc.) to meet project timelines. Manage material deliveries, building access, elevator usage, and on-site storage for interior projects. Co-chair weekly project team meetings, documenting schedule or budget-impacting issues, and assigning resolutions. Enforce safety policies and procedures specific to interior sites; handle personnel or subcontractor issues, escalating as needed. Maintain strong working relationships with clients, architects, interior designers, and subcontractors. Qualifications & Requirements

NYC Local Law 196 SST Supervisor Card (62 Hours) required. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, or equivalent experience preferred. 5+ years of field experience in commercial interior construction projects (office, retail, tenant fit-outs, etc.). Prior supervisory experience as a General Foreman, Field Engineer, or Assistant Superintendent. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), Procore, and Microsoft Project. Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills, with ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors. Why Join Us
