Hospital Surgical Representative
The hospital surgical representative is responsible for providing sales and promotion of Allergan Medical plastic surgery products, maintaining customer base, developing new markets, and obtaining new customers. The role involves meeting or exceeding sales targets, conducting product in-servicing and evaluations, prospecting and developing relationships with prospective customers, and increasing account penetration with orders for Allergan Tissue Matrices for new surgical procedures. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required. Minimum of 3 years of surgical or specialty sales experience is required. Strong knowledge of product line, ability to identify decision makers and influence decisions, excellent communication and presentation skills, and ability to manage budgets, expenses and execute plans are also necessary. The role requires travel and a valid driver's license. The compensation range is negotiable based on geographic location and other factors.
