Senior Executive Assistant

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive Assistant with over 5 years of experience in the Pharma/Biotech industry. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional professionalism, strong attention to detail, and a proven ability to effectively manage complex, fast-moving calendars for C-Suite executives. Responsibilities Effectively manage complex and fast-moving calendars for assigned executives, ensuring smooth interactions with both internal and external contacts. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and handle sensitive material securely with all levels of management. Facilitate effective communication and information flow within the organization. Demonstrate flexibility, adaptability, and a positive attitude in dealing with changing priorities and challenges. Manage and process expense reports in a timely manner. Build strong professional relationships with supported executives and work closely with the Senior EA, Team Lead, and EA Team. Respond to requests for information, policies, and procedures, acting as a liaison between Senior Leadership and external stakeholders. Essential Skills 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience within Pharma/Biotech. Excellent interpersonal and written/oral communication skills. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Ability to handle highly sensitive confidential information with discretion. Additional Skills & Qualifications 10+ years of administrative experience supporting C-Suite level executives. Bachelor's degree or equivalent 4-Year university degree preferred. Creative problem-solving skills and ability to anticipate needs. Experience working within the Biotech/Pharma vertical. High level of commitment with availability after hours and on weekends as needed. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Boston, MA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $65.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
