Our client is seeking a
Sales Order Administrator
to oversee customer orders from quote to delivery while supporting Sales and Project teams. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Process quotes and sales orders accurately
Verify inventory and coordinate shipments
Serve as the first point of contact for customer calls
Provide order updates, tracking info, and resolve issues
Collaborate with Warehouse, Production, Purchasing, Sales, and Projects
Handle returns, exchanges, and shipping claims
Qualifications
Required:
2+ years customer service experience
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
Preferred:
Bilingual Spanish
Experience with Microsoft Teams/Outlook, Dynamics 365, Avalara
Background in order management, logistics, or supply chain
