Facilitate family meetings and provide in-home support to strengthen families in their homes. Coach parents to have safe and nurturing time with their children who are placed in DCF custody, and support them to meet the needs of their children in the moment. Call extended family members to explore familial support and create genograms. Collaborate with the Department of Children and Families - Family Services Division. Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Human Services or related field preferred Two years of human services experience preferred Strong interpersonal, communication and writing skills Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and ability to pass a background check are required Your own reliable vehicle with insurance that meets our coverage limits is required Hours
Full time, 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday. We are hoping for flexibility to support parentsp individual schedules. We support a healthy work/life balance in this job. Compensation
Starting $20.96 hourly. Additional compensation is based upon experience and degree ($21.46 for Associates degree; $21.96 for Bachelors degree; $23.46 for Masters degree). Whats in it for you?
