Inside Sales Support Specialist

Fire Protection Services, LLC is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist to support our Sales Team and customers across our commercial fire and life safety business. Job Summary: Support the Sales Team through daily sales activities, customer communication, lead management, and follow-up. This role helps drive revenue growth while ensuring customers receive timely, accurate, and professional service. Key Responsibilities: Support day-to-day sales operations and follow-up Respond to customer inquiries and schedule service appointments Meet daily outbound activity goals (calls, emails, follow-ups) Compile and manage sales leads and CRM data Track sales activity and assist with reporting Coordinate repair opportunities with internal teams Maintain accurate customer and sales records Support outside sales efforts as needed Qualifications: Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and collaboratively Sales support, customer service, or inside sales experience preferred Comfort working with CRM and sales tools Our Core Mindsets: Relentless Hustle
