architect of EHCEC’s growth engine.
This is
not
a traditional fundraising role.
This is a
general management seat
focused on systems design.
You will not win by grinding harder.

designing structures that scale without heroics.

Design and execute a multi-year growth strategy aligned to the EHCTX 2035 Plan
Build
capital systems , not pipelines
Protect EHCEC from misaligned money
Partner with the CEO on strategic tradeoffs
2. Corporate Impact Platform™ (Primary Engine)
Own and steward EHCEC’s
single corporate investment product
Build multi-year partnerships across:
– executive investment
– brand visibility
Eliminate fragmented asks
Design tiered investment pathways
3. Workplace Giving System
Architect a scalable employer-based giving model
Scale to
15+ employers in Year 1
Develop onboarding + campaign playbooks
Remove dependency on personal hustle
Build external leverage systems:
trusted intermediaries
Transition growth from:
If growth still depends on you in Year 3, the system has failed.
5. Brand & Narrative Stewardship
Provide strategic leadership to the
Director of Marketing & Brand
Ensure marketing ladders into:
trust
credibility
long-term investment
Guard brand integrity
Align the Opportunity Guide to growth strategy
Serve on the Executive Leadership Team
Bring a capital lens to enterprise decisions
Partner with:
– COO (program capacity)
– Director of Finance (financial risk)
– CAO (talent systems)
Surface risks early
Pressure-test growth ideas
Lead the Resource Development Department
Directly manage:
– Director of Marketing & Brand
– Growth & partnership staff
Build systems that:
reduce burnout
