Strive have recently partnered with an emerging data vendor who are on a mission to to help large organisations drastically reduce exploding data infrastructure costs - without migration, query rewrites, or changes to existing architecture.

Following strong founder led traction, a successful Series A ($10m+) and looming Series B round, they are now looking for a VP of Sales to build, own, and scale the enterprise GTM motion.

Over $10m Series A funding with Series B imminent.

Already working with large Enterprises with other pilots with tier-1 global brands.

Strong early traction with multi-year expansions.

Open, modular architecture that integrates seamlessly into existing stacks (0 migration).

Designed specifically to augment existing platforms with no friction adoption.

50-70% cost reduction on current stack's workload.

The Leadership & Culture

Problem obsessed with massive and obvious focus on ROI with real problems.

Backed by tier 1 VC.

Founder in the field with all units working tightly to shape the roadmap.

Looking to add a GTM machine who can land and lead at the Executive level.

Low ego, building and collaborative approach where humility matters.

The Role & Package

VP of Sales who has scaled from 7 to 8-figure ARR.

$450k-$550k OTE (50/50). Equity and benefits.

Fully remote.

Builder mindset working alongside leaders who have successfully sold the product.

Interview Process:

1st stage - Discovery Call with Co-Founder.

2nd stage - Deep dive with other Executives.

3rd stage - Assignment to be presented.

Final chat with Board members/Investors.
