SR DIRECTOR FOOD AND NUTRITION – COLUMBIA, SC
Salary:
$110,000 – $135,000 per year.
Other Forms of Compensation:
Bonus potential and relocation assistance (if outside the area).

Job Summary:
Senior Director of Dining Services overseeing day‑to‑day foodservice operations, delivering an exceptional dining experience, leading and developing a team, managing client relationships, and owning financial and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily foodservice operations while operating within the approved budget and maximizing value for the client.
Ensure food quality is consistently high and exceeds expectations.
Direct and enforce safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and collaborate effectively with other departments.
Develop, mentor, and grow talent across the team.
Foster strong interdepartmental partnerships and integrate dining services into overall facility operations.
Drive operational excellence, food cost control, and account profitability.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
Minimum of five years of proven leadership experience.
Two to four years of direct foodservice operational management experience, including inventory and purchasing.
Strong knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, presentation, and cost controls.
P&L accountability and contract‑managed services experience preferred.
ServSafe certification a plus.
Forward‑thinking, proactive leader who serves as the visible face of the company.
