Job Details We’re hiring a Head of Marketing to build and run our marketing function from the ground up. This role is heavily hands‑on and operational, with a strong emphasis on organic growth, content, and community.
This is not a brand‑only or communications‑led role. The right person will be comfortable building, testing, shipping, and iterating—especially in a lean, early‑stage environment.
This role is hybrid, with in‑office collaboration on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
What You’ll Do
Own and execute the marketing strategy with a strong bias toward hands‑on execution
Build and scale organic acquisition channels (SEO, content, lifecycle, partnerships, community)
Develop clear, effective messaging for users, caregivers, and healthcare partners
Create and oversee content strategy that is educational, mission‑aligned, and community‑driven
Support and grow community engagement initiatives
Use data to prioritize channels, experiments, and initiatives that drive adoption
Leverage AI tools to increase efficiency across content creation, experimentation, and analysis
Establish foundational marketing systems, processes, and reporting
Partner closely with leadership and product
Hire vendors or contractors as needed (no large team initially)
What This Role Is Not
A brand‑only or PR‑focused role
A people‑management‑heavy position
A purely strategic role removed from execution
What We’re Looking For
5–7 years of marketing experience
Direct experience taking a company from Seed to Series A (or similar growth stage)
Strong organic marketing background (approximately 80% organic focus)
Experience with content marketing and community‑driven growth
Comfortable operating in early‑stage, resource‑constrained environments
Highly operational and data‑driven
Hands‑on experience using AI tools to improve marketing efficiency
Deeply mission‑driven and motivated by meaningful impact
