Whats the problem:

Debt accounts are not routable entities like bank accounts. The use cases we bring to life require the development of novel payment rails. We integrate directly with loan servicers whose backends were built in the 1970s to standardize and streamline debt payments.

About the Role

Rightfoot is looking for our first Marketing hire! You'll own the creative vision and work cross-functionally to build and execute upon Rightfoot's multi-channel marketing strategy.

Responsibilities Lead the development and execution of marketing strategy for the company

Lead the creative strategy and development of all brand assets, content, and communication materials across all digital and physical spaces

Drive awareness through owned, earned, and paid marketing channels

Collaborate closely with PR & Communications team to deliver top tier media coverage

Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver cohesive and effective materials across marketing, sales, product, and hiring

Set a high standard for the quality of all marketing and communication materials

Run tests & experimentation to identify which channels drive our core business objectives

Test and refine the company's positioning, narrative, and tone of voice to ensure the brand is presented authentically and consistently across all marketing channels

5-8+ years of marketing experience with rapid iteration across marketing strategy & execution

Strong experience in building and growing a fintech B2B brand

Design-mindset; experience building top-notch presentations and visually appealing brand resources

Experience building, owning, and executing on creative vision

Excellent written and verbal communication; represents brand consistently across medias

A genuine team player: no project or task is too big or too small to take on

Strong organizational skills; enjoys making structure out of chaos

Enjoys self-management and leads with proactivity

Entrepreneurial mindset; enjoys building from scratch & taking ownership in ambiguity

Bonus (nice to haves):

Strong experience in building and growing brands on social media and digital channels

An empathetic, thoughtful leader with a passion for building, developing, and growing teams

Experience working with PR agencies, journalists, editors, and news media outlets

Design experience to build out assets in-house

4+ years of startup marketing experience

1+ year of experience leading and hiring a team

Experience working on PR initiatives

Firm understanding of how to build a great brand
