About the Role We're hiring a Director of Digital Marketing to fully own and grow the performance of our digital ecosystem. This is a hands-on, in-house role for someone who can think strategically and execute daily. You will own performance across:

Paid Media: Meta, Google, and other digital channels
Email & SMS: Klaviyo
This is not a role where strategy gets handed off to an agency or junior team. You will be directly responsible for execution, optimization, and results. What You'll DoOwn Digital Revenue Performance
Own and optimize performance across DTC, wholesale, and Faire Be accountable for conversion, revenue, AOV, retention, and channel growth Align digital execution with seasonal launches, promotions, and brand priorities Partner closely with leadership to translate business goals into digital strategy and execution Own Shopify (DTC & Wholesale)
Be the day-to-day owner of both Shopify sites Manage navigation, collections, merchandising, PDPs, landing pages, and onsite content Ensure both sites stay current, conversion-focused, and aligned with seasonal priorities Continuously improve the customer journey across homepage → checkout Own Paid Media Strategy & Execution
Plan, launch, and manage paid media across Meta, Google, and other platforms Own creative testing, audience strategy, budgets, and performance optimization Monitor CAC, ROAS, and contribution margin Scale what works and cut what doesn't—fast Own Email & SMS Marketing (Klaviyo)
Own Klaviyo strategy and execution end-to-end Build and optimize flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, win-back, VIP, etc.) Plan and execute campaign calendars tied to launches, holidays, and promotions Improve retention, LTV, and repeat purchase rate Own Onsite Conversion & Optimization
Identify CRO opportunities across DTC and wholesale sites Plan and run tests on messaging, layout, merchandising, and offers Own onsite promotions, banners, discount logic, and featured collections Continuously ship improvements that impact revenue Own Reporting & Insights
Own weekly and monthly digital performance reporting Track KPIs across traffic, conversion, AOV, CAC, ROAS, retention, and revenue Translate insights into clear priorities and immediate action Provide leadership with a clear view of what's working, what's not, and what's next What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)
Full ownership of DTC, wholesale, Faire, ads, and Klaviyo Clear visibility into channel performance and growth levers Improved conversion and AOV across Shopify sites Stronger email/SMS contribution to total revenue Paid media efficiency improves through testing and optimization Reporting becomes consistent, actionable, and decision-driven RequirementsMust-Haves
5+ years of digital marketing or ecommerce experience with direct ownership Deep Shopify experience (DTC required; wholesale a strong plus) Hands-on experience managing paid media and Klaviyo Strong understanding of ecommerce funnels, merchandising, and CRO Analytical mindset with comfort in GA4, Shopify Analytics, ad dashboards High ownership mentality—proactive, accountable, execution-first Strong Plus (Highly Preferred)
Experience managing Faire as a revenue channel Experience with CRO testing frameworks Comfort working in Shopify themes or basic HTML/CSS Experience in apparel, lifestyle, or consumer brands This Role Is For You If You:
