What to Expect

(Job Responsibilities)

• Set strategy and lead cross-functional, multidisciplinary therapeutic teams and multidivisional initiatives
• Maintain and evaluate productivity metrics to project current and future business needs
• Align and maintain effective communication with key Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, and Public Affairs counterparts
• Manage departmental budget and communicate budgetary needs to Operations and Finance
• Develop and implement complex processes and projects, delivering strategic presentations for senior management

What is Required

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant scientific field (biology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, medical technology, pharmacy, pharmacology, nursing)
• Minimum of 8 years of industry-related experience, particularly in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs or US Advertising and Promotion
• Experience working in a complex and matrix environment
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Experience developing and implementing successful global regulatory strategies

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Relevant Master’s or Ph.D., or advanced scientific or law degree
• Certification in a related field
• Experience in a management capacity
• Proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry with an emphasis on regulatory affairs strategy
