What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Set strategy and lead cross-functional, multidisciplinary therapeutic teams and multidivisional initiatives
Maintain and evaluate productivity metrics to project current and future business needs
Align and maintain effective communication with key Medical, Marketing, Regulatory, Legal, and Public Affairs counterparts
Manage departmental budget and communicate budgetary needs to Operations and Finance
Develop and implement complex processes and projects, delivering strategic presentations for senior management
What is Required
Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant scientific field (biology, chemistry, microbiology, immunology, medical technology, pharmacy, pharmacology, nursing)
Minimum of 8 years of industry-related experience, particularly in pharmaceutical regulatory affairs or US Advertising and Promotion
Experience working in a complex and matrix environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Experience developing and implementing successful global regulatory strategies
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Relevant Master’s or Ph.D., or advanced scientific or law degree
Certification in a related field
Experience in a management capacity
Proven track record in the pharmaceutical industry with an emphasis on regulatory affairs strategy
