Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Mooresville, NC. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and strengthening client relationships, ensuring excellent customer service, and overseeing the execution of marketing and event strategies for auto dealerships. Daily responsibilities include client communication, identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance, managing timelines and deliverables, and collaborating with internal teams to achieve client goals. The role also involves tracking campaign metrics and preparing performance reports to align with client expectations and objectives.
Qualifications
Strong organizational and project management skills for managing timelines, campaigns, and deliverables
Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities to maintain and enhance client satisfaction
Proficiency in marketing strategy, campaign management, and data analysis
Experience in the automotive or marketing industries is preferred
Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
Problem-solving skills with attention to detail and a proactive approach
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field is preferred
