Role Description
W Construction Supply is seeking a full-time
Outside Sales Representative
to cover the
Charlotte, NC market . This is an on-site, field-based role focused on developing new business and growing existing customer relationships. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for calling on contractors, project managers, and decision-makers; identifying opportunities; and providing tailored solutions across our product lines. This role plays a key part in expanding our presence in the Charlotte market and driving profitable growth. Key Responsibilities include: Developing and managing a strong customer base within the Charlotte market Prospecting and generating new business opportunities Conducting sales meetings and presentations with customers and project teams Maintaining long-term client relationships through consistent follow-up and service Collaborating with internal teams to ensure accurate pricing, delivery, and execution Acting as a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and project requirements Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales and new business development Strong relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills Customer-focused mindset with a high level of professionalism Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize opportunities Strong organizational and follow-up skills Experience in construction materials, concrete, masonry, rebar, or related industries is a plus Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
