responsible for driving the Ostomy business across the Polish Healthcare system. The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) position is responsible for the leadership of the Ostomy sales team and business performance for Poland. They will lead and motivate their sales team, as well as developing the territory plan with each sales representative to implement the brand strategy, agree annual sales performance targets, monitor the team’s progress, and support training, development and coaching needs. Responsibilities
Sales Planning and Execution
Achieve all sales targets across total business; focus products and new patient registrations. Set goals and manage performance of all Sales Representatives. Develop an overall sales plan for the region, and ensure each Sales Representative develops and implements territory plans that are focused on achieving sales growth Drive best in class sales excellence within the region, and ensure all Sales Representatives use Salesforce.com to record opportunities and sales progress made Utilize KPIs and Salesforce.com dashboards to monitor performance and coach Sales Representatives to drive accelerated performance Prepare regional overview and action plans at Quarterly Business Review meetings Manage operating expenses for the region Ensure all sales team actions fully adhere to Healthcare Compliance standards in Poland Talent Management and Development
Recruit, retain and develop talented Sales Representatives and build a high performing environment in the region Co-travel (virtual and in person) regularly with all team members and provide timely feedback and coaching Coach and motivate team members to exceed sales targets and to realize their potential within role Ensure Sales Representatives are segmenting customers and opportunities to focus their selling and customer satisfaction activities Gather market insights (including competitor activity) from Sales Representatives and customers, and share with colleagues Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to develop strategy and ensure sales activity is aligned to marketing strategy Identify resources (people and financial) needed to achieve sales success, and involve others as required to maximize region performance Collaborate closely with Commercial Excellence to deliver and support key sales enablement programs Actively contribute as part of the East Europe Leadership Team and act as a role model throughout the organization Perform other duties as required Requirements
Must be able to travel within the region, and participate in national & international sales meetings and external conferences Must hold a valid driving license 10+ years of overall business experience Successful previous experience as a Sales Representative or Sales Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets 3+ years knowledge of the Poland healthcare market, with preferred experience within Ostomy Experience using a CRM system and Microsoft Office packages Degree or equivalent academic achievement is required Proven ability to lead and develop high performing teams to achieve results Excellent mentoring, coaching and people leadership skills Ability to effectively prioritize multiple demands, make good decisions and action promptly Fluent in Polish & English – Written and Verbal Join us in making a meaningful impact on people’s lives every day — your work here truly matters.
