Manage and grow the existing customer base in Poland Actively develop new business: identify trends, new markets, and customer needs; build and manage a short/medium/long-term sales pipeline Generate new leads, identify and contact decision-makers, and qualify opportunities in line with the company’s strategy Develop and execute a growth strategy focused on both financial results and customer satisfaction Arrange and attend client meetings across Poland and, when required, in neighboring regions Provide reliable technical and commercial feedback and after-sales support Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers Forecast sales (annual, quarterly, monthly) and report on pipeline and market insights to the team Represent the company at trade fairs and industry events Cooperate with the International Sales Development Manager on international accounts Required skills and qualifications
Ability and strong interest to learn technical products (features, advantages, benefits) to support account management Excellent negotiation, communication (verbal & written), and interpersonal skills Strong presentation skills; able to present complex/technical information clearly Good analytical skills and ability to prioritize to meet company and customer goals Proven capability to build networks and relationships with customers and partners Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems Good English (spoken and written); Polish fluent Market knowledge of industrial/technical sectors in Poland is a strong plus Full driving license Strong time management and planning skills; organized and able to meet deadlines Self-reliant and flexible, comfortable working remotely / from the field Key performance expectations
Achievement of sales targets and KPIs Professional conduct in all interactions with clients, suppliers and colleagues Timely completion of all administrative and CRM tasks Regular and accurate sales reporting and forecasting The Regional Sales Manager will use
Lead Forensics – lead qualification and contact CRM – managing qualified leads, opportunities, projects and account activities Power BI – tracking sales activity and KPIs AI Tools - market research, technical learning, productivity and strategic ideas etc.
