Overview Our client is a leading international specialist for high-performance polyamides. The strengths of the company lie in the development and production of these high-performance plastics and the development of innovative system solutions with customers all over the world.

Responsibilities

Maintaining and expanding international customer base in the automotive sector in Poland.

Realisation of new applications for the company’s polyamide range.

Technical and commercial customer support in Poland, participation in international projects and the identification of optimisation potentials.

Creation of sales plans and their realisation.

Realisation of the company goals.

Your profile

Engineering degree in plastics technology, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable technical qualification.

Understanding of business administration.

Knowledge of sales tools and experience in direct customer contact.

Knowledge of the automotive & plastics industry.

Experience in injection moulding and the design of plastic components.

High degree of initiative, commitment and an independent, structured way of working.

Results-orientated thinking and acting, as well as resilience and assertiveness.

Committed, goal-orientated communication.

Very good Polish and English skills.

Willingness to travel from your home office, approx. 70-80%.
