Construction Superintendent (Structural Steel Erection) Salary:
$127,400 – $138,320 annually Per Diem + overtime The Role Join a fast-growing, AISC-certified structural steel company specializing in commercial and municipal projects across Virginia, including data centers, schools, hospitals, and multi-story office buildings. We’re looking for an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead our field teams, deliver projects safely and on schedule, and be part of a dynamic, expanding organization. Day to day: Oversee all field personnel and subcontractors on multi-story structural steel projects (2,500–5,000 tons) Manage daily site operations and schedules Enforce safety protocols and conduct quality inspections Coordinate material deliveries and maintain detailed daily reports in Procore Collaborate with Project Managers, Engineers, Architects, subcontractors, and suppliers Lead a team of approximately 25–30 internal personnel and 10–15 subcontractor personnel Requirements: 3+ years of supervisory experience in structural steel construction 30-hour OSHA certification Valid driver’s license Experience with cranes, forklifts, and MEWPs Strong understanding of construction processes and OSHA safety regulations Proficiency in Procore and ability to maintain detailed daily reports Strong leadership, organizational skills, proactive problem-solving, and effective communication Apply Now To apply, send an up-to-date resume to
