What You'll Be Doing

Working directly with preconstruction teams and Division 5 / structural steel contacts

Building and maintaining relationships across Virginia, Southern Maryland, and North Carolina
Partnering closely with ownership and an experienced sales/estimating team
✅ What They're Looking For
Proven experience estimating and selling structural steel fabrication
Existing relationships (or the ability to build them quickly) with Mid-Atlantic contractors
Comfort owning both pricing strategy and client interaction
5+ years in sales/estimating (10+ years for senior-level candidates)
Engineering or construction-related degree (preferred, not required)
Team-oriented, process-minded, but capable of working independently
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary in the low $100,000s
Performance bonuses up to $40,000-$50,000
Additional discretionary year-end bonus
