Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Leasing Agent located in Vacaville, CA. The Leasing Agent will manage and execute leasing activities, including showing residential properties to prospective tenants, processing lease applications, and explaining leasing terms. Other responsibilities include conducting property tours, addressing tenant inquiries, and assisting with lease administration. They will also work to build and maintain positive relationships with tenants and assist with property management tasks as needed.
Qualifications
Experience with Leases and Lease Administration
Proficiency in Property Management and Residential Leasing
Strong Customer Service skills, including effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Attention to detail and the ability to handle confidential information
Familiarity with property management software is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in real estate or related fields is a plus. Experience with Yardi Systems preferred.
