We are currently seeking a
Customer Service Representative . This position is a key communicator for internal and external customers. This position is responsible for quoting, approving, reviewing, and routing customer inquiries and responding appropriately in a timely manner. Responsibilities
Prepare, enter, verify, document, coordinate and expedite customer quotes, expectation repairs, and purchase orders efficiently. Respond to emails promptly, prioritize, investigate, and ensure resolution. Work with internal customers (Sales, Equipment Repair, Engineering, S/R) to properly facilitate customer issues and concerns. Answer incoming phone calls courteously, providing proper follow-through to completion. Qualifications & Requirements
High School Diploma or GED Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Service oriented with friendly demeanor Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
