We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist / Senior HR Specialist to support day-to-day human resources operations in the United States. This role focuses on hands-on HR administration and employee lifecycle management, ensuring compliance with U.S. labor laws and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and employee status changes Maintain and update employee records accurately in HR systems and personnel files Support daily HR operations, including employment documentation, benefits coordination, and internal HR workflows Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, policies, and procedures Ensure compliance with U.S. federal, state, and local labor laws; support basic risk identification and issue escalation Assist in handling routine employee relations matters with discretion and professionalism Coordinate with payroll, benefits providers, and external vendors as needed Support internal audits, compliance checks, and HR reporting Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and finance teams on HR-related execution tasks Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of HR experience in the U.S., preferably in a generalist or HR operations-focused role Solid understanding of U.S. employment laws and HR compliance practices Strong execution capability; comfortable handling transactional and operational HR work Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
