
Overview
We are partnering with a growing organization in Irvine to hire a
HR Specialist
who will support day-to-day human resources operations and employee lifecycle activities. This role is ideal for someone with a solid HR foundation who enjoys working across multiple functional areas in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Support onboarding, employee records, and personnel changes
Assist with recruiting coordination and candidate screening
Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters
Support benefits administration and compensation processes
Help maintain compliance with labor laws and company policies
Track attendance, leaves, and employee documentation
Assist with HR process improvements and policy implementation
Partner with internal stakeholders to support business needs
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field
Exposure to recruiting, onboarding, and general HR operations
Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
Experience with HRIS/payroll systems (ADP a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Bilingual English/Chinese or English/Korean is a strong plus
