Support Your Community:
Match hardworking individuals with great opportunities in industrial and clerical roles.
Recruit & Empower:
Attract and engage job seekers, helping them take the next step in their careers.
Build Lasting Relationships:
Get to know local employers, understand their hiring needs, and help them grow with the right talent.
People Champion:
Onboard, support, and coach employees throughout their assignments.
& Efficient:
Maintain accurate records and reports while keeping pace with a dynamic work environment.

Who You Are:
1–3 years of experience
in recruiting, HR, or customer service preferred but not required.
You’re an excellent communicator who enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds.
You bring a
positive attitude
and a strong sense of ownership to everything you do.
Strong Customer-Service
You’re comfortable juggling multiple tasks and using technology to stay organized.
A
bachelor’s degree
is a preferred
