Answer and dictate customer calls. When a customer calls with a service issue, you'll be ready to listen and engage by asking questions to uncover the root of their problem. Ensure a top-of-the-line customer experience by working efficiently and gathering detailed and accurate information to document in our HVAC/Plumbing software system, ServiceTitan. You must be computer savvy. What You Bring
Enjoy helping customers in a friendly and professional way — when a customer is upset you remain calm and ensure they are taken care of. Attentive listener that is able to problem-solve and quickly assess and prioritize calls. Experience and confidence in customer service. Exposure to the plumbing industry is a strong plus but not required. Able to work independently in a team setting.
