Overview

This is a great opportunity to work for an international Logistics and Supply Chain company. As the Customer Service & Sales Associate, you will have the potential to grow within Operations as well. You will be opening and closing the store each day, helping customers with shipment rate quotes, logging data, and more. You will service customers in the store, with some over-the-phone support as well. You will be able to reach out to other team members for any questions that need to be escalated. Pay ranges from $18-20/hr based on location & experience. Responsibilities

Open and close the store each day Assist customers with shipment rate quotes Log data and maintain accurate records Serve customers in-store and provide over-the-phone support as needed Escalate questions to other team members when necessary Equal Opportunity

Skills and Requirements

Bilingual (English/Spanish) Basic computer skills – Understanding of Microsoft Office Suite 2-5+ years of Customer Service experience and/or Sales experience Organized, reliable, and able to meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills; Retail experience Microsoft Excel Logistics experience/supply chain experience Experience with FedEx, UPS, USPS, etc.
