As

Senior Retention & Email Marketing Manager , you’ll own the CRM and lifecycle strategy end-to-end. You’ll define the roadmap, drive experimentation, and turn insight into long-term retention and LTV growth across

email, SMS and future channels . You’ll start hands-on, optimising automation, journeys and transactional messaging, then scale your impact through strategy, innovation and leadership. Key responsibilities

Own and evolve the

Retention & CRM strategy

for ZAVA Germany Define and deliver the

CRM & lifecycle roadmap Drive personalisation, automation and omni-channel campaigns Optimise email and SMS performance through testing and experimentation Own CRM tooling, governance and best practices Analyse performance across LTV, retention, churn and engagement Ensure deliverability, compliance and consistent brand voice Partner with stakeholders to improve content, structure and results What you’ll bring

Around

5+ years’ experience in CRM / lifecycle marketing Strong understanding of customer journeys and retention strategy Hands-on experience with

email & SMS campaigns, automation and segmentation Proven testing mindset with solid statistical knowledge Deep knowledge of

email deliverability Confidence working with

HTML & CSS Fluent German (essential)
