We provide commercial and residential landscape maintenance, design & construction, irrigation, chemical/fertilization, and tree care services. We are looking for a motivated and organized Commercial Account Manager to help manage and grow our commercial maintenance portfolio in Georgetown and surrounding areas. Position Summary
The Commercial Account Manager is responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial landscape maintenance accounts. This role focuses on client communication, quality control, crew coordination, contract renewals, upselling services, and ensuring each property meets Agave LD’s quality standards. Responsibilities
Manage assigned commercial properties (HOAs, multifamily, retail, office, and mixed-use sites) Be the main point of contact for clients Perform regular site visits to inspect quality and safety Communicate with production teams to resolve issues quickly Prepare proposals for enhancements, upgrades, and seasonal services Handle renewals, change orders, and client retention Build strong long-term relationships with property managers and boards Ensure crews follow scope of work and company standards Document site notes, photos, and reports Requirements
2+ years in landscaping, property management, or related field preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Organized and detail-oriented Comfortable with site walks, inspections, and client meetings Basic computer skills (email, CRM, proposals, photos) Valid driver’s license Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonuses or commission Company vehicle or vehicle allowance Paid time off Growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding company Why Work With Agave LD?
