What You'll Do As our Inside Sales Representative, you'll be the vital connection between our customers and our capabilities. You'll manage the full sales cycle—from crafting competitive quotes to ensuring flawless order fulfillment—while building lasting client relationships that drive business growth.

Your Day-to-Day:

Respond to customer inquiries and create compelling quotations with competitive pricing and delivery commitments

Process orders and coordinate seamlessly across operations, quality assurance, and logistics teams

Proactively identify upsell opportunities and follow up strategically on quotes

Leverage third-party processing options to deliver exactly what customers need

Develop deep product knowledge and become a trusted advisor who understands clients' businesses inside and out

Troubleshoot challenges and expedite orders to exceed customer expectations

What You Bring The Ideal Candidate:

2+ years

inside sales experience (metals industry experience is a major plus!)

Bachelor's degree OR 5+ years in a similar product environment

Proven track record of converting leads and closing deals

Strong communication skills and natural relationship-building abilities

Experience with ERP systems and inventory management

Ability to read and interpret industry specifications

Self-motivated with a passion for customer service excellence

$65-75K (based on experience)
