We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Manager to lead our ODM sales efforts within the North American menswear market. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the menswear industry, an established network, and a proven track record in driving sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and the ability to effectively manage client relationships from prospecting to closing deals. Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to expand our ODM menswear business across North America. Identify and engage with potential brand partners and retail clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Collaborate closely with design, product development, and production teams to ensure client requirements are met efficiently. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide actionable insights. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and proposals to senior management. Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Fashion Merchandising, or related field preferred. Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the menswear industry, specifically within ODM or apparel manufacturing sectors. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets in the North American market. Strong understanding of product development and supply chain processes in apparel manufacturing. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment. Willingness to travel frequently within North America.
