Monday–Friday | Full-time (40+ hours per week) Compensation:
$60,000 base salary plus monthly commission incentives
A reputable food distribution organization is looking for a driven
Business Manager
to help expand sales and strengthen customer partnerships within assigned territories. This position is well-suited for a proactive sales professional who thrives on relationship-building, account ownership, and revenue growth in a dynamic distribution setting.
The Business Manager will take responsibility for managing daily sales operations, developing new business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business success.
Responsibilities
Oversee and expand a portfolio of customer accounts across multiple locations
Promote and sell company products to both existing clients and prospective customers
Identify growth opportunities through consultative, needs-based selling
Review sales performance and customer data to drive strategic decisions
Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales goals and performance metrics
Develop strong relationships with ethnic and mainstream retail customers
Generate new business through cold calling, in-person visits, and outreach efforts
Address and resolve customer concerns efficiently to maintain high satisfaction levels
Execute merchandising strategies and ensure planogram compliance
Support off-shelf placements, promotional displays, and special initiatives
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and operational efforts
Maintain accurate CRM records, order entry, and reporting
Stay informed on promotions, market trends, and industry best practices
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
2–5 years of experience in sales or account management (food distribution experience preferred)
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and KPIs
Experience with CRM platforms (Repsly or similar systems preferred)
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills
Highly organized, motivated, and results-driven
Merchandising experience is a plus
Bilingual in English and Arabic or Turkish (preferred)
Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
Willingness to travel between customer locations
Ability to lift and carry 40+ pounds
