The role and company:
Global Consultancy requires accomplished Call Center Agents, to workremotely and give a first-class customer experience for their client,providing telephone, email and webchat assistance.
Please Note,this is a W2 contract role and candidates must have at least 3 yearsexperience working in a Call Centers, to be considered.
Experience and role requirements for the Call Center Agent position are:
Proven experience with a minimum 3+ years in Call centers. withgood experience of Inbound/ Outbound calls, Emails and (ideally)Webchats.
A first-class communicator, who can adapt to new systems (paid, full training given).
Able to work in a 6+ month W2 contract role (initial), paying $19 per hour (no PTO).
Happy to work fully remote / work from home from anywhere in the US.
Experience working in financial (Banking, Insurance etc, will be nice to have, but not essential.
Able to work various client shift patterns, up to 40 Hours per week, with some clients requiring a Saturday shift.
Must be based within The U.S.A. (can work anywhere fully remote).
Typing speed- 25+ words per minute, MS Office experience.
CRM/ Call Loggng Systems experience.
All equipment is provided.
Able to start in 1-3 weeks after interview (pending background checks approval).
