A U.S. Fortune 1000 company and major provider of process services to Government Health and Human Services agencies is seeking Call Center Representatives for a fully remote assignment. Role:
Call Center Representative (Remote) Location:

6 months Openings:
16 total (Bilingual and English-only candidates) Pay Rate
$16.50/hr. (W2) for bilingual candidates $16.00/hr. (W2) for English-only candidates Work Schedule & Training
8-hour shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM PT, Monday–Friday Candidates must be flexible to work any shift within hours of operation Training Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM PT Attendance during training is mandatory; no pre-approved time off permitted Candidates must be on camera during training Equipment Requirements (BYOD)
This is a Bring Your Own Device role. No equipment will be provided. Candidates must have: Laptop with Windows 10 or 11, higher MacBook with macOS 10.14 or higher Webcam required Chromebooks and tablets are not permitted Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from consumers, prospective enrollees, and authorized representatives while adhering to performance standards, policies, and confidentiality requirements Accurately track and document inquiries using designated systems Complete assigned tasks according to established guidelines Meet Quality Assurance (QA) and performance metrics Fulfill requests for materials via mail, email, or digital download Transfer or refer callers to appropriate departments as needed Escalate issues to designated staff for resolution when appropriate Facilitate translation services for non-English-speaking callers following procedures Attend required meetings and trainings and maintain up-to-date program knowledge Qualifications & Selection Criteria
High school diploma or GED required 0–6 months of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience Bilingual proficiency required for bilingual-designated roles:
Language:
English with one of the following primary Languages Laotian/Lao, Japanese, Mandarin, Cantonese, Vietnamese, Korean, Cambodian, Hmong, Tag along, English, Spanish.
