Position Overview
Real Estate Services Specialist Team Lead – 25 – Hinds County, MS.
Salary Range: $48,150.08 – $65,329.23 annually.
Responsibilities
Oversight of disposal of surplus right of way properties.
Reading and analyzing ROW maps.
Researching acquisition information.
Collaborating with internal Right of Way sections (Title, Appraisal, Accounting, and District Coordinators).
Collaborating with external MDOT District Offices, Legal Division, and Roadway Design Division.
Reporting information to MDOT Asset Management and Financial Management Divisions.
Communicating with any and all public inquiries concerning the sale of surplus right of way properties.
Success Factors
Strong understanding of right of way disciplines.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
Minimum 10 years of right of way experience.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree.
3–4+ years of related experience.
