Minimum Qualifications Unencumbered NYS Registered Nurse License MSN Required Management experience: 3-5 years Shared Governance experience Experience with Magnet or Pathway to Excellence Professional certification in a related specialty or willingness to obtain within 3 years xsgimln of hire.
