Our client is a prominent, well respected Alternative Asset Management firm currently seeking to add a talented Senior Associate for their growing Marketing & Investor Operations Team. Ideal individual will be responsible for assisting in firm's branding and messaging, as well as the development and execution of strategic programs that support the growth of the firm across the market. Responsibilities Collaborate with Head of Group on preparing marketing materials that highlight the firm’s competitive strategies outside of standardized performance including relative peer rankings, risk-adjusted returns, and market performance. Assist with strategic communication plans and campaign development, brand messaging, digital experience, consumer research, and both proactive and reactive media relations, as well as develop key external spokespeople to further propel the leadership position for Firm Work with Head of Communications to Manage firm’ brand message across digital channels, including the global website, digital advertising and social media, as well as manage external agencies in the production and distribution of content and advertising creative. Support global media and social media monitoring efforts firmwide Manage Marketing, particularly with the content strategy and campaign teams, to create and support high profile, multi million dollar creative and innovative product marketing Improve and refine processes for creating marketing collateral by identifying and addressing gaps to ensure a consistent level of sophistication Assist in organizing and structuring marketing team’s internal communication efforts with sales managers, internal desk managers and intermediary distribution organization’s leadership team. Ad hoc projects as needed Desired Skills and Experience Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2+ years of Financial Services / Private Equity / Corporate Access or similar experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Modeling Formulas Experience producing content for broad multi-media distribution Technical knowledge, data analytics using CRMs (Salesforce), Excel, PowerPoint Outstanding communication skills, proven ability to effectively work with all levels of Management Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dead-line driven dynamic environment
