
Investor Relations Associate @ Asset Management (private wealth channel)

Coda Search is partnering with an asset management firm that is seeking an Investor Relations Associate to support its family office/private wealth channel. This is a dynamic fund that has consistently been recognised as a top performer in the industry. This role will have blended responsibilities from fundraising, relationship management, and capital markets, working closely with senior IR professionals, investment teams, and external investors. The Associate will play a key role in managing investor communications, supporting fundraising initiatives, and delivering a best-in-class investor experience.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day coverage of family offices, UHNW investors, and private wealth platforms
Assist in fundraising efforts across current and future investment vehicles
Prepare and maintain investor marketing materials, including pitchbooks, tear sheets, fact sheets, and DDQ/RFP responses
Respond to investor inquiries and help manage ongoing communications
Track investor activity, pipeline progress, and meeting notes within the CRM
Support investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and ad-hoc presentations
Work cross-functionally with portfolio managers, legal, compliance, and finance teams to ensure accurate and timely investor information
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in Investor Relations, Capital Formation or Private Wealth
Prior exposure to alternative investments (private equity, private credit, hedge funds, real estate, or multi-asset strategies) preferred
Strong understanding of the family office and UHNW investor landscape
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
