Overview
Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr
Our client is a prominent Midtown NYC Private Equity/Alternative Asset Management firm currently seeking to add a talented Analyst/Associate to their growing Client Strategy & Investor Relations team. Ideal candidate must be self-motivated, with superior verbal and written communication skills and a proven ability to work with institutional investors and handle complex investor based projects.
Responsibilities
This role will be responsible for continuously enhancing the vision for client operations process to reflect evolving needs of firm clients
Manage and track the investor database and all inbound investor and fundraising requests
Profile client base and prepare a strategic investor plan
Review and analyze portfolio performance data, benchmark performance and risk statistics
Review client quarterly reports to ensure accuracy and compliance
In charge of investor communication for annual and quarterly reporting of fund track records
Work with all levels of team members across the organization to help ensure the integrity and consistency of portfolio data reported across client reporting systems
Identifying opportunities to enhance the strategic reporting platform by gathering and analyzing field feedback and collaborating with partners across the organization
Provide various ad hoc data research and analysis as needed.
Qualifications / Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor’s Degree with at least 2+ years of Financial Services/Private Equity Accounting/Finance or similar
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Modeling Formulas
FINRA Series 7/66 strongly preferred
Technical knowledge, data analytics using CRMs (Salesforce), Excel, PowerPoint
Outstanding communication skills, proven ability to effectively work with all levels of Management
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dead-line driven dynamic environment
Innovative and creative thinker
Must be detail oriented
