We are looking for a rockstar processor to lead our new division and help us build out our backend operations. First and foremost you must be able to handle 15 loans per month and close on time. From there we have many opportunities to grow your mortgage career.
Role Description
This is a full-time remote role, 1099, commission only role. You must have an active NMLS license. You will be responsible for handling a bare minimum of 10 loans per month. If you can handle more we will get you more! You will earn $550 per loan with bonuses for getting CTC 2 days prior to closing. Qualifications
Loan Processing and Underwriting experience Attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines Experience with loan origination software is a plus
